How to Pay My Bill
Frontier makes it easy to pay your bill. You can pay by mail, by phone, online, at agent locations, and at select Frontier retail stores.
Frontier Online Bill Pay
To pay your Frontier Communications® bill online, you first need to create your Frontier ID, which is similar to registering your account online. Make sure you have a copy of your Frontier bill handy, as you need your Frontier Account Number and Frontier PIN.
To create your Frontier ID to pay your bill online, do the following:
- Go to frontier.com.
- Click “Sign In” in the top-right corner.
- Select the “Create A Frontier ID” button under “Register.”
- Fill out the form.
- Link your Frontier Account Number to your Frontier ID.
- You will receive a verification email. Open it.
- Sign into your Frontier account with your Frontier ID and password.
Now you can pay your bill online, set up AutoPay, and update your account and billing information.
Use Frontier Express Pay to Make a One-Time Payment
With Frontier Express Pay, you can make a one-time payment without logging into your Frontier account. You can pay using your checking account, a debit card, or a credit card.
Frontier Express Pay accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Pay on the App While on the Go
Can’t get to a computer to pay your bill through Fontier.com? No problem! With the MyFrontier App, you can pay on the app.
The MyFrontier App lets you manage your account on the go, view and pay your bills, and even schedule a payment. That way, when you’re out of town, you don’t have to worry about paying your bill. You can even contact a Frontier support representative, check the status of a pending ticket, and reboot your modem or set-top box, all using the MyFrontier App.
